Book of Life Form 2025

Each year, the Church dedicates the month of November to the remembrance of our beloved who have passed on. Deceased members of the Duquesne University community including alumni, students, faculty, staff, and their family and friends will be remembered during Mass on Sunday, November 2 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit. Prayers will be offered as a whole during the Mass for all of those submitted for the Book of Life. If you wish to have your deceased loved ones included in our Book of Life, please provide their names below by Tuesday, October 28.
